Unusual business model. May suit new builds. Definitely a waste of time for character homes. 3 hour consult (×2 ) and still no result. My consultant (articulate, design savvy etc), unfortunately needed to take urgent compassionate leave. Kinsman knew but did not advise clients/me, so i was chasing updates for several weeks when Kinsman should have let me know proactively. The plans after 2 visits were cookie cutter Ikea results (no reflection of consultant skill). You also need to add on unquantifiable $$$ for everything and engage with everything else (benchtops, etc). Basically you need to project manager/sub it out. Absolutely NOT what you see on The Block.
I found my experience with Kinsman professional & very straight forward. Can see a few reviews with not so fantastic feedback but my wife & I have had a very different experience. Only delays were from our end, with our windows taking longer to arrive, but Kinsman worked around us. Would definitely recommend and looking to do our laundry with them shortly.
