About Kosso - Korean BBQ Restaurant
KOSSO is that feeling of savoring a mouth-watering meal while crowded around the dining room table, shoulder to shoulder with the people you love. Mum visits Adelaide from Korea for 3
months out of the year, and during this time she will fill us with as much home cooked food as she
can. We eat our fill and then take home carefully crafted lunchboxes filled to the brim. When she returns to Korea, we miss those flavors and
the homely feeling they provide. One day, she gave us her secret recipes so we could continue to
eat well whenever she is away. These recipes are the story of KOSSO; a place where we can create
dishes just like mum would make, savoring the memories and sharing her delicious meals with
the world while we await her return.
