Had been given the run around between 3 Western diagnostics each saying I should try the other. I went to the hospital to get the tests I needed but was advised the queue to get the RAT test prior to being allowed into the hospital was 2hrs wait. I was unable to stand that long so rang the 1800 # and was put through to Natalie who said she would try to see what she could do. Somewhere in our conversation she suggested the afternoon at the hospital may not have such a wait list. I ventured back to the hospital and as Natalie said the wait was much shorter. I had my tests at Western diagnostics, went home and Natalie rang me to say she had obtained an apt at Tiwi tomorrow. She went above and beyond and I highly commend her. Have to say I didn't expect a follow-up.
