I had a very bad experience never go to this place again last Saturday morning walk in to Witchery to check new pairs of shoes.
The salesperson saw me coming no hi nothing she hi to people walked in before me.
I actually ask her can you please get this shoes for me
I could feel she try to avoid me because I am a brown skin they even looked at me as though like I went in to a wrong shops.
Anyway I bought shoes and paid $169.90 and walked out.
I’ll Never go there again it doesn’t matter the person look yellow red or black try to treat everyone equally do not misjudged
Bad experience.
I arrived in Adelaide from overseas and have no warm clothes. I spent $350 on an order of long sleeve tops and a jumper for whilst I am in HOTEL QUARANTINE. I asked the store (manager name BRIDGET), if they could drop the click and collect order to the Hotel Reception which is 300 metres away from the store. This request was refused — I am so disappointed that such act of kindness and compassion could not be facilitated especially during this time.
Times are tough for all, especially retail - this could have a small gesture of customer service excellence. To deliver a fully paid order to HOTEL QUARANTINE reception that’s is 300 metres from the store - seriously it would have taken 5 minutes to run it around.
I am a Witchery Gold member, I spent $350 and I was desperate for warm clothes! So disappointed in the lack of commonsense, compassion and kindness shown by the store management. Never forgotten!
