Now have the exact lampshade I want, beautifully made and finished to order. Could not find the shape or similar tones anywhere in pre-made ones. Finishes the room perfectly. Laura is totally professional in her communication and was very perceptive in coming up with suggestions in response to my vague descriptions (I knew what I wanted but found it hard to put into words). Highly recommend.
I wanted to replace a very dilapidated pleated lampshade but found nothing on the market to suit. I also wanted good quality and preferably Australian made. I live Brisbane and was delighted when Laura of Amore Lampshades, Adelaide agreed to create my lampshade remotely. Measurements, frame manufacture, samples and clarifying emails followed and out of that process Laura created a beautiful bespoke shade. She is a true artist. I am thrilled with my lampshade.
