I had Lasik Surgery done by Dr Paul 3 years ago and the experience was fantastic. Great surgery, process and support over the years on questions that I have had. Cannot recommend WA Laser Eye Surgery high enough
Apparently completely acceptable to keep customers waiting 1 hour, with no updates nor apology given. The excuse : “oh we are very busy today”
So, rather than value your customers time and phone then to reschedule to a later time in the day, they let people arrive, sit in a waiting room with the great unwashed, and find that it is completely acceptable to do so.....
If this is the way the “pre sale” experience is, hate to see the unprofessionalism of the surgery itself
