I had my TEMLA procedure in February 2021 and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I had done some research on various procedures available and I wasn't really interested in having my eyeball cut open, so I opted for the TEMLA procedure available through New Vision.
The team at the clinic were beyond helpful with all my questions and had so much information to support the procedure and how successful it was I couldn't say no.
The day of the procedure was a little nerve racking but Dr Morlet answered all my questions and made me feel more comfortable with the procedure.
The procedure itself only took a few minutes per eye and after that I was able to go home.
It took about a week to get some normality back in my vision and then another week to be able to focus better on my computer screen. After that and up to the 6 week mark I only had improvements in my vision. Even at night I was able to read sign posts and vehicle number plates at a distance with ease.
I'm now 6 months post procedure and I have not looked back. apart from the occasional dry eyeness which is easily managed with a few eye drops over the course of the day I've had no issues.
I cant thank Dr Morlet and his Centre enough for giving me a new perspective on my daily living without the need for contacts or glasses.
