Never a good experience, no phone calls to tell you parts are in or that they are back ordered and actually going to take weeks. When you ring chasing them up, the lady in the front is anything but polite or helpful.

Service when your buying new gear is usually great, back up parts and service not so much.

Even when your a mechanic (with a history in Honda and Stihl) and know exactly what you want, its a hassle for them to look up parts and actually get them for you. A lot easier and cheaper to just order online.

Coolalinga store is much better.
