Recently needed black die that bled into yellow leather removed from the inside of a small Burberry bag. The service is not cheap, but it was an expensive bag and I'm definitely delighted with the outcome.
Had a pair of Blundstones resoled by Sole Service and the repair team did a fantastic job, with the boots coming back almost like new. The experience was let down by poor communication, however, as a 4-6 week job ended up taking over three months with very little communication as to why or when I could expect the repair to be completed. Delays are fair enough, especially with supply chains and staff being affected by covid, but I was disappointed that there was no communication about this until I chased it up multiple times.
