Illegally transferred approx 5 mill to another and destroyed a family forever. Generations in this family will remember this firm and David Moss for all the wrong reasons. It can never recover. The analysis is that there is limited idea of the impact of and perhaps understanding of succession, family and contract law. A misogynistic attitude was clearly apparent. The extent of their failures are being recorded in a biography because the failures impacted so many. Never to be forgiven by many. Unfortunately, despite being approached will not even reflect to improve their practice, improve governance or legal, moral, ethical understanding or implication of their actions and failures to ensure other families are not destroyed. This is our family's experience. Judge for yourself. Our experience was so horrific it will part of the family history -books
