I have sent numerous emails to this firm seeking assistance from Denis McCleod regarding his grandson. I have also sent paper copies of my emails to his home address. Additionally, my late father, the Honourable John Gilmour QC and Federal Judge of Australia, sent a large package of documents to Denis regarding important, and time sensitive issues affecting their (mutual) grandson. Denis ignored all communication from myself and my father, and the issues with his grandson have since escalated. Either the secretaries at this firm are completely incompetent and unable to pass emails on, or Denis McCleod has chosen to ignore mine, and my father's communication. Despite months of ignoring us, when my father died, Denis wrote a pandering obituary for him, stating what a great man he was. One would think that if Denis thought my father such a great man, he would have been respectful enough to respond to his correspondence, whilst he was alive.
