Purchased my Lexus from Rob Longuet earlier this year, amazing salesperson he went above and beyond and my sale was completed within hours literally. Its my first Lexus and have previously owned an Audi and Mercedes prior, This is not where my compliments end. My car was just in today for a small repair which was my fault nothing to do with the car.
I have been dealing with Daniel Clee the Service advisor for Lexus and l am amazed at the follow up service, this was mentioned through the sales process wth Rob but today dealing with Daniel has been the utmost professional and outstanding service for a car, I love my Lexus and the guys in Darwin are true to their word and fantastic attention to detail throughout the sales and service experience.

I had the timing belt and water punp replaced at Bridge Toyota/Darwin Lexus on my 20 year old LS430, and Daniel and team were extremely helpful and professional. I’ve been to two other lexus service centres in other parts of Australia these guys were definitely a step ahead in attitude and attention to detail.
The price was also $100 less than originally quoted and they also fixed a radiator hose and zeroed in on little issues that needed addressing on my much loved car!
