About Sanctuary of Wellness
I have been on my path to understanding health and wellness since 1981 when I started my studies in Health Science, Personal Development, Science and Biology at the University of Technology Sydney. I am a degree qualified 'Proficient' Educator, with over 30 years of teaching experience.
I have a Diploma in Remedial Massage, graduating with Honours, and I completed 3/4 of the Advanced Naturopathy and Wellness diploma, with Health School Australia. (stopping due to divorce and raising my 3 children alone). I have studied levels 1-4 of the emotional & physical healing & wellness modality, 'Touch For Health', as well as Reiki levels 1 & 2.
