Status showed that my item is at delivery depot on last Friday. However I went straight to Airport Depot to try to pick it up and just been told that the item hasn’t arrived at Perth AT ALL. And I ask for further information they said it’s the issue with the scanner. But how can the status to be here without being scanned by Perth Depot. Totally dishonest company trying to blame everything to “delay”. As a fellow in transportation industry, I am assertively sure my item is already here in the cage in the depot and the only reason being delay is that they failed to sort the cage in time. Luckily I quitted StarTrack years ago. I am shame on this slavery factory.

Had a parcel from TPG arriving on 21st May 2021, I was told to be on the premises. The courier guy came, did not stop the van and marked it as undeliverable.
Called StarTrack customer service number immediately and asked that I would like to collect the item. They said someone will text me with pickup details. Today is 25th May 2021, since then, I have made them 7 calls and asked about the parcel. Every time the call connects to Melbourne and say that someone in Perth will contact me which has not happened since last 4 days now.
The most irresponsible company that you can deal with. They have all the details of parcel, but do not want to deliver it and also do not want to provide any information if we want to pick it up.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as your courier service. You will end up loosing all your customers as a business if you rely on this company.
