If I could give a minus score for customer service, I would.
I run a business, and had 2 x attempted deliveries (not sure when they came but obviously out of business hours). The cards were left on the driveway in the rain, and had written on them that the parcels can be collected after 12pm on 22nd September. I visited the PO on 23rd in the morning and was told to come back after 4pm. I sent a staff member after 4pm to collect the packages, to be told that they would not hand over the packages unless it was the owner of the business.
