Worst lounge ever visited. For the price the food was very bad. Will never see me again
Avoid.
No staff was manning the counter when we were there on 11 Oct 2022 around 4.15pm. When we went in to look for someone to check us in, we were accused of trespassing and that it was illegal to do so. Install gantry at the entrance, eh? Wouldn't have happened if Craig had been manning the counter, would it?
Craig wasn't pleased to hear that and we had the impression he tried to make things difficult for us from that point on. This was probably encouraged as there is no easy way to get in touch with the company operating the lounge. Your company may condone such behaviour, but not us. Left without using the lounge.
