Got my Roka wetsuit repaired, no complaints about workmanship, great job, highly recommend and friendly service.

I contacted Katherine after a local wetsuit shop informed me that the repair I required was beyond their expertise. Peeling external seam tape on my 3/2 surfer's steamer.

After a few emails back and forth, she managed to assist me in organizing a warranty repair with the manufacturer (even though the suit was purchased a few years ago) and completed the repair at no cost to myself. As I was only available to drop off / pick up the suit on weekends, she arranged to work around this and the dive shop next door was able to collect my suit on her behalf.

Fast turnaround - less than a week between dropping off my suit, and Katherine informing me that it was ready. I had picked up my summer wetsuit from my parents' place in case it took longer (cheap 2mm springsuit) but I sure am glad to have my main wetsuit back!!

I haven't tested it in the water yet, but given our communication I'm confident that Katherine knows her stuff and that the suit will be as good if not better than new. Certainly the repair looks professional, upon inspection.

Thanks Arjetta!
