Istana Restaurant at Thornleigh NSW Australia have been offering Authentic Malaysian cuisine since the year 1990 and operated under the same ownership since then. Our cuisines offered basically are the unique multi-fusion food involving the different cultures as a result of the multicultural mix of different races, mainly local Malay, Chinese,and Indian in the Malaysian society. Do come and visit. We also add some Chinese Food in our menu just in case you don't like you food to be on the spicy side.. Savory Malaysian fare in a quaint space.
