Monica and her team went above and beyond to meet my tight turn around time to launch my property for sale while working around other trades. Monica gave such great advise and recommended a better product than I was quoted elsewhere with less joins - her attention to detail is fantastic and customer service is exceptional. Would highly recommend and will be using for any future renovations and builds.

I'm not surprised as to why Monica and her BeyondStone have such drastically different reviews for her service, like “perfect job” vs "an annoyed manner–I already sent it to you”.

I was recommended to Monica by my friend who initially had issues with the undermount cut for his sink then Monica replaced it without further charges. My own interaction with Monica regarding to my kitchen benchtop is that Monica is a workwoman-turned boss and really wants to make her client happy for her end result, even after completion of the job. She gave me a few quotes initially and cut the cost by using a leftover slab as my kitchen requires slightly more than one slab, which is fantastic.

We also had a few arguments regarding to some details of my benchtop after installation. They were mostly about a gap between my wall and the stone benchtop being bigger than I thought for tiles. I thought that imperfection would be disastrous but she argued that it will be fine after tiles. It turned out that I was wrong and it has been covered behind and below the tiles now.

Monica is nowhere near perfect in terms of personality. She can be quickly agitated, if she thinks you're being unreasonable. But she is absolutely not like carsales man who treats you like s* and abandons you immediately after you sign the contract. Monica has a genuine intent to make client happy for the job that she/her colleagues have done. If she thinks it is your fault, she would argue fiercely with you; but if she thinks it is her fault, she would just do whatever she can to make it fair and ensure you’re happy, instead of discarding you once the deal is done. For that sense, I like her for her raw genuineness.

I would recommend Monica and her Beyondstone to my friends, for both the benchtop result and her genuineness, even though we had a few disagreements at some point. Anyway, just like to remind the viewers of my comments that a very articulate businessman quite often just wants to shake off his own responsibility in a way that you become to doubt yourself and think it is not his fault. I'd just like Monica's raw genuineness rather than those wishy-washy nonsense
