About Head Academy Kung Fu Padstow

At Head Academy Kung Fu Padstow we teach the traditional Chinese martial art of Jow Gar Kung Fu. Our aim is to aid individuals of all ages in their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth, as well as effective self defence. We do this by teaching the best and most effective tools for self defence and by creating a fun, enjoyable and ego free atmosphere where people can train and learn traditional Chinese kung fu. Classes are for all ages; starting as young as 3 years of age, up to adults who are young at heart. Kung Fu training offers simple and effective tools that will enable individuals to to gain fitness, flexibility, confidence and mindfulness while learning a life skill.
