Hangar 4 MMA - based out of Industrial Strength & Fitness (ISF) in Reservoir - is Melbourne's 1st ever MMA gym. Specialising in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Boxing, and Kids' Freestyle Karate, we have classes for beginners to advanced and everyone inbetween.
Hangar 4 MMA has been operating in the local community for close to 20 years, and has some of the most experienced trainers in the business. And as it calls ISF its home, members get free access to Reservoir's biggest and best 24-hour gym, so students can compliment their martial arts training with HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, Yoga and fitness classes, whilst cross training in its massive weights gym!
