About Miyagi Kan Karate East
MKK East is the Eastern Suburbs Branch of Miyagi Kan Karate Do. The dojo is instructed by Sensei Richard basckin and Sensei Yonatan Freund, current Australian Champions and representatives of the National Karate Team.
Lessons are available for students 5+ with one children's class and ages 13+ classes. The aim of the MKK East is to provide students with a solid understanding of traditional and competition karate with a focus on coodination, flexibility, reflexes, and strength.
