Not very professional. Rang and asked for leg and feet massage. Was really looking forward to my $100 treat. Arrrived to cold room and towel on bed felt damp. During the hour I kept mentioning how my feet need good rub , at the end realizing only 10 mins left, I said dont forget my feet, she then says "we dont do feet" . Apparently lack of English understanding was the problem. My advice is Make sure they have a clear message of what you are wanting .
