I've been to my fair share of Asian massage places across Perth and this one is definitely a cut above your average Chinese/Thai/Oriental massage parlour.
It's professionally-run (bookings are recommended for weekends as they can get quite busy), it's strictly massage-only (no other "services" are offered) and the masseuses actually have formal training in massage therapy.
You can really feel the difference in their techniques and approach versus the typical, sloppy random rubbing/lazy caressing you get from the cheaper $40-60 dollar per hour massage parlours. The masseuses here really feel your body out for congestion/tension in various areas and then concentrate their work on those pressure points in a very targeted way; they're not just doing the exact same repetitive pattern of massaging on you every time.
Siam does charge $75 for a one hour full body massage but it is well worth it and you will leave feeling noticeably untangled, relaxed and less tense. I've had numerous aches, pains and restricted movement that they've greatly improved.
Unless you're prepared to pay $100-150 dollars an hour at a more formal physiotherapy/sports massage clinic that also offers remedial massage, this is about as good of a massage as you can get in this price range.
The young Thai lady (mid-20s or so) is definitely the stand-out masseuse there, though the two older Thai ladies are also very good.
My only small complaints about Siam would be that the stalls are rather small and if you're a taller individual, your feet can reach the privacy curtain which makes it a bit difficult for the masseuse to stand near your legs and occasionally they do get a lot of walk-in traffic which can make the premises a bit noisy as it's quite small and you can overhear everything.
