Paul's is a brilliant massage therapist and highly recommended. He has worked wonders on my body keeping it functioning and me on the bike.
I strangely accepted an invitation to ride in the Tour of Margaret River (TOMR) the same week I had a bad back spasm and couldn't walk. With only four weeks to prepare and needing a week of rest it looked unlikely. However Paul has been recommended by a friend and he got me back on the bike and able to ride (albeit slowly) in an intermediate target event (Tour de Gracetown - 110km). I continued treatment afterwards so that I could increase my power output leading up the TOMR race. I had the time of my life at TOMR and have Paul to thank. I also learned a lot about my body in the process.
