The staff are rude, I wanted a full body massage but all she did was rub my back and it was not a proper massage. She kept leaving the room and leaving the curtain open (the room I was in was right next to the front counter) I felt there was absolutely no privacy. It is not a relaxing atmosphere, no music or dim lights. I could hear the staff having a conversation the whole time I was getting massaged. When I went to give her my Health Insurance card she would not accept it and stated that you have to tell them at the beginning because only the owner can give a health insurance massage???? Why is it advertised all over the store that you accept health insurance yet you wont let me use mine? I should have to tell them at the beginning? I will never ever go back and do not recommend at all.
