After having my "fat" foot for 6 years, x-rays, steroids, blood tests, MRI, accupunture and many $$$ nothing reduced or helped my foot. When pregnant I saw a different accupunturist whom told me accupunture would not work on my foot, I needed lymphatic drainage massage. 2 years later I finally decide put myself first and get it seen to. Esmat is so knowledgeable and experienced. She looked at my foot and informed me there is other issues in my body she needs to correct first before working on my foot. After first appointment my "fat" foot has not been aggravated as it normally would in this hot summer we are having. She's also helped with other aliments in my body that I was just used to, until she pointed out I only noticed. She's taught me so much about the importance of dry brushing and lymphatic massage, of each I knew nothing about before. She's used laser treatment, massage, dry needling in my treatments plus the Avacen Machine. My foot is improving for the first time plus I can feel my whole body has benefited. She's taught me many stretches that I can do at home to help maintain everything between appointments. And the bonus, I now get quality sleep every night. I use to be awake late or I'd go to bed early but be awake all hours of the night. Now I'm getting deep quality sleep for 8-9 hours. Thank You Esmat, I look forward to my next appointment
