Be warned staff write appointments down for the wrong day and appointments get double booked. I had an appointment for 3pm today, but called in person to ask if I they had availability to change it to earlier. The gentleman who appears to be the one in charge checked his diary and said he could change it to 2pm. As I had a 40 minute wait I did some shopping and arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment only to be told that they can no longer see me at 2pm. The gentleman (who appears to be in charge and who told me to come back at 2pm) said that another staff member had incorrectly booked another customer in for 2pm, but had written it in the diary for the next day and not for today, and that I had to be the one to leave because I had changed my appointment to earlier. I said that while I understood that mistakes happen, I could not understand why this was my fault and expressed how disappointed I was especially as I he had said he could take me at 2pm, not me. They had my contact number and could have called me. Unfortunately their poor communication and lack of professionalism has cost them a customer. Today would have been my 6th time of going there for massage.
I had a 1hr full body massage with Kelly. She concentrated on all my stress areas perfectly. She has a gift. I started out full of stress and worries and by the time I left I felt so positive and clear. She is a healer and a rare find. I will definitely be back as often as I can. I struggle with mindfulness and positive thinking and she has an amazing energy. I felt pampered and healed and I think they might need a drool bucket under the massage bed she is amazing.
