I recently visited Carole Plumb for a massage. It was amazing. I was a bit nervous as I was post neck fusion but I had so much relief with the massage. Thoroughly recommend her, she is very knowledgeable.

And for the first time in all that time, amongst all those therapists, Carole is the first, and only, therapist who really, genuinely listens to me. She focuses completely, 100% on her clients, she is utterly dedicated to our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. I walk out of each session with her floating on air, feeling taller and lighter and more fluid. Her massage skills are exceptional, but her empathy and compassion truly set her apart. Do yourselves a favour and book in a session, a long one, and then go again and again and keep going. Carole totally rocks!!!
