So after feeling stiff I booked in with someone strong for a massage. The massage its self was pretty good however the reception on entry was incredibly abrupt demanding payment straight away and dismissing my question about if it can be claimed as a remedial massage. Apparently they can do this as someone came in as I was leaving who used their health insurance card with no problems.
Then she kept on running out to answer the phone and door.
The really disappointing part was when I still had about 5 mins left (they have a timer in the room) she ran out to again answer the phone only to come back after about 10 mins to say she forgot to tell me she had finished and I need to get dressed and go.
All in all the massage was ok but the service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend.
