Atol works magic with bodies, and with an incredible attention to detail. He carefully listens to the body in a way that allows it to unwind… emotionally and also physically. This allows any tension to melt away and areas of the body that may have been ‘ignored’ become alive again.
It is almost as if he has a torch shining into your body to be able to see the sore and tight areas, the trapped energies and emotions, the things we hold onto… and he skilfully invites the body to let them go.
After each session whether it be massage or reflexology, my body is more energised, I have a sense of deep presence, and I am more ‘me’ - there is less thought, more ease, more joy and and through the physical letting go, my mind also stills…
