I hate to write bad reviews!
I had massage in this place on Wednesday 2 weeks ago. I had very high expectations when the clinic it's self advertising in every Corner of theirs window: "we can fixed your pain" .
So, I was super excited to try as I have regular good massages, physios and chiro in the last years.
Mmmmm.... As a new client, the therapist didn't do a consultation. no intake form to addressing my concerns . The place was so cold. No assessment , no questions : what problems I have? Do I have allergies? ( I have allergies to some of medicated oil balm). Then the therapist started rubbing and spraying oil on my legs and my back. I booked for an hour I can't handle it, so I just requested for 30 minutes instead. No remedial massage techniques was applied , only rubbing oils on my back and legs. The therapist in out to the kitchen to get wheat bags.
The face cradle was smelly, not covid safe. Very disappointed, wasted my money and private health fund benefit. At the end saw the therapist nails, very long with fake nails.
