I have been attending Mark as I need 2 knee replacements but I am too young. Mark is helping me greatly as I have very locked up muscles and tissue in my legs which is making it really hard to even do just day to day activities. He is manipulating my legs and unlocking them and releasing the toxins in them too which in hand has taken so much pressure off my knees. I can't believe the movement I have back and the relief in my legs. I am walking much straighter instead of hobbling and the pain has reduced dramatically. I don't have to take my anti inflammatorys any where as much as I was which is so much better for my body.
I truely recommend Mark as he has help me more than I ever expected. I don't think people know enough about remedial massage and the benefits it has. If we all attended to having remedial massage therapy we all wouldn't have the health problems we all get as we grow older. I will be attending Mark as much as I can as the benefits are remarkable.
