Iona gives a really deep and thorough massage! She's been massaging for 16 yrs and has a breadth of knowledge behind her! She has a good sense of humour and makes you feel comfortable, safe and welcome! She suggested to me based on what she was sensing and my detailed case history, that i would benefit from some energy balancing techniques, such as a Polarity treatment or reconnective healing. I opted for an hour and a half of hands on Polarity treatment, but what i didn't realize was, this is where her real forte lies! Iona senses the energy flows in your body and i came away feeling calm and more connected to me! I was dealing with a lot of stresses in my life and the energy work made me aware of how much i needed some of this in my world. We are always focus on the physical body, but i realize now, there is more to the human being than what we are lead to believe.
