I book my appointment for 3pm and arrived on time. I get told there’s a 30min wait because 3 people walked in off street. This is not acceptable as I had made my appointment and was not able to wait because I had another appointment after this.
The time management is very poor and they should not put those who have made appointments behind those who walk in off street
