I bought the bed and they said it will be available for delivery in mid sep 2020. I received a call in mid September and they said we had received 2 order on the same day when you bought the bed and unfortunately it went to the other store. So you can’t get the bed this time but you can get it in mid November 2020. They are taking the advantage of this COVID pandemic. Now I am in a situation where I can’t cancel my order and buy some where else. The funny thing i went to the other bed shed store and asked for the price , and they were giving me in $100 less price than I bought it. And also they can deliver it mid November 2020. So I called to the O’Connor store and talked to them about it and they said They can’t reduced the price.
And if I cancel my order now with them , then they can’t refund my deposit. Now I am stuck, could not get the bed on time and could not get the discount as well. I bough 2 mattresses, bed , mattresses protectors from the same store. But still they don’t care about customer. So please guys think before you buy from O’Connor store...
Still waiting for the bed till today 24th nov 2020. Don’t buy anything from bed shed.
