We’ve brought 4 mattresses for our caravans.
First was for our expanda, our hirers loved the mattress and said it was super comfy. Service was great back then too. We recently purchased a new van and have two bunk innerspring mattresses and we recently purchased a queen for us. I have a bad back and wasn’t sleeping well. Off we went to Mr Mattress and spoke with Jenny. Then we had a lovely gentleman (forgot his name) and he had us try several mattresses and explained the innerspring versus pocket spring, the layers, pillow top options, depth options.
We opted for the Ruby Deluxe, plush, pocket spring, zipped topper on both sides so the mattress can be top and ended and flipped. Less depth as this makes the mattress lighter as well. We have found the mattress super comfy and my back pain isn’t as intense thankfully. I am getting more sleep than I ever did even before living in our van full time.
Delivery was two weeks as we were lucky to catch them at a good time. We delayed the delivery by a week due to being away. Ben delivered the mattress and installed it into the van.
The Mr Mattress team are awesome to deal with. When we need a mattress for home we will be heading back for the same mattress. Well done ladies and gents on a fabulous business and fantastic service.
