Utterly disappointed with the whole experience after buying a brand new vehicle from Mazda Albany remotely. Once delivered, it was clear the vehicle was used to demo. Flagging the issues with Albany Mazda, following instructions for inspections and quotes, I was told it would be resolved and then only to have more requests to take the car for more reviews.
After months of constantly having to chase for updates, being run around and promised resolution by certain dates, I involved Mazda Australia, WA Consumer Protection and finally took the matter to the Magistrates Court. After spending a large amount of time trying to resolve including time off work, we chose to sell the vehicle just prior to our court date and therefore couldn’t pressure the matter further.
In total a five-month ordeal. I should have read others reviews before buying my first ever brand new car from here.
