Caravaning grey nomads on the move from interstate. Decided to replace tow vehicle with a new BT50. Trade-in not brilliant but bottom line deal was good.. handover as expected. Arranged some non Mazda work prior to first registration.
Hiccup with contractor resulted in tyre issues. Raised my concerns directly with Malouf
as I had moved on and not in Mt Isa area. Without hesitation both Malouf and contractors rose to the occaision. No attempt to deflect blame or responsibility.
There is much truth in the saying "anyone can sell a product but it is what happens after the sale that leaves the greatest impact."
