I did my car service through groupon app. The staff asked me is there's any issue with the car and I said the back door is not working then he said write it on paper and we will call you when its done and without giving me any notice they fix it up and charged me $50. They should have called me and confirm it before charging that money. The more disappointing thing is that they didn't fix it properly. I feel like I've been cheated. And also they lost my key and made me wait for 15 minutes. So, unprofessional and full of disappointment. Ruined my day :( I wish there was a 0 star rating.
