I delivered a driveable car to the A1 Mechanical on the 2nd of May 2019. I did not receive any quote or timetable. I was checking the progress every week. On the 28 of Jun 2019, I have been told by the Peter form A1 that something went wrong during the repair and the car is unrepairable, I have been given by him the report with 13 critical faults and an invoice with 1683$ to pay. I have been trying to defend my customer rights through the Fairtrade and Legal community center. The community legal instructed me to scrutinize the vehicle. I have paid the 1683$ to A1 and I brought my car to the Mitsubishi Dealer for an investigation. The investigation proved that the car is repairable and only a battery and an alternator has to be replaced. Car was fixed within just one week and is fully drivable. I am trying to sort out this issue with Peter but he constantly does not respond to my emails or messages. I do not recommend A1 Mechanical in any case.
