Totally staggered by the service of this establishment. We had a starting issues with our Mercedes Sprinter and needed RAC to assist with starting. They could not fix the problem there and then and obviously it needed looking at before we stopped the engine next time. After trying two places that both said it would be a week and a half before they could look at it we ended up at Tripoint Automotive. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed by Josh who was more than happy to stop what he was doing and looked at it straight away even though it was as hot as hell and straight off the road. It didn't take long and we were back on the road again. We can totally recommend this company and it's so refreshing in 2022 and reminds us of a bygone era.
