Booked my car in on the 24th of June 2021 for new lower control arms, got a quote over the phone. Dropped car off and was told should be ready in a couple of days, on the 28th I called for a update and got told still waiting on the parts and it should be done by the 30th of June. 30th of June i called again and got told still waiting on parts. I called another mechanic in Karratha and they had the part in stock but never had the time. I organised to get malley group to fit the part from the other mechanic on good will as my car was there for so long and got told it would be ready on the 2nd of July. On the 2nd of July I got a phone call from the receptionist saying during pre start they decided they are not gonna make money on the job and now don't want to do it. I was leaving town on the third and because of their incompetence and bad management my car was not fixed on time even with me suppling the parts, simply because they couldn't effectively quote and manage a simple job. Would not recommend!!!!
