Do not use this mechanic at all costs, the stress is not worth it. I had to take him to magistrate's court to get my car back off him because he refused to give me a written quote and then stripped the motor and wanted to charge me 3 times the price to get it back even after I repeatedly asked for a quote. He's the most unprofessional mechanic in Perth. I've gone to a new mechanic who fixed the car in 4 days.
In the end he was unreachable and no work had been done on my car. After 10 months and a judges decision I finally got my car back. Save yourself the trouble.
