Long wait times, no apology for waiting over 1.5 hours in the car park. I was told to get there a certain time, contact reception and was instructed a Doctor would be out to see me within the next 15 minutes. 1.5 hours later I was told the Doctor was still with the same patient. Years ago this surgery was perfect, its has really fallen into the mud.
Drs are great, however the receptionists not so great. Snappy and unempathic, rude and abrasive are all words that come to mind. I have worked in simular roles all of my life and can't understand how such a reputable clinic could have this sort of behaviour condoned. I have been a patient there for many years and today was the final straw for me, having complained to not only the Dr but the practice manager who has done nothing to fix this problem.
