I wish I could give this practice a zero! Been there thrice with appointment and the wait time is more than an hour!!! Made an appointment for 12:50pm and the doctor did not see me till 1:50pm! When I asked the receptionist she said you can address the concern with the Doctor!!!!!!
Since coming to the area 2 years ago, my partner and I have been looking for a decent GP practice. We finally found it in St Clair medical. My doctor here is thorough, addresses my concerns easily, and communicates clearly possible side effects of any medications I might require. The reception staff have been nothing but polite--as has been the nurse, who is professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommended! :)
