Wanneroo GP Super Clinic is open Saturdays and located in the ECU Health Centre. Our GPs provide healthcare for all your family. We offer a range of services including antenatal care, skin cancer checks and treatment, sports medicine and immunisations. Please note our opening hours have changed slightly and we are open only the first 2 Saturdays of each month.

If friendliness and customer service are important, you will not find this with the reception staff at the clinic.
From my first visit following advice from Alzheimer’s WA to approach my elderly fathers GP over his memory issues I was left to feel appalled by the way I was treated by the lady at the reception.
Firstly I was told I could not see my fathers GP without being his Power of Attorney. When I explained the situation and that I wasn’t yet his power of attorney but that I had been referred here by Alzheimer’s WA, I was told all my father’s affairs are private and the GP would not see nor discuss my father’s medical situation.
I was frustrated by this woman’s lack of any empathy for my situation so then asked that an appointment be made in my name because I was desperate to get my father some help and a geriatric referral. She then told me the Dr my father sees wasnt taking new clients and so I couldn’t see him!
I have never felt so demeaned, so not listened to and was made to feel that the whole conversation was just to much trouble for this staff member to deal with. What I needed was service; a smile, a friendly smile and a staff member prepared to listen and act. Instead I was meant by an obstructive woman who carried on as though my prescense and request for help were not worth the time in her day.
I have since had further bad experience with call back to come in for results only to have appointments cancelled and then I’ve been treated by those same front counter personnel with utter indifference.
If you want a practice where you are met with eye contact, a friendly smile or greeting and great customer service then choose somewhere else. The service here is appalling and consistently so.
