Be careful if you are going through Perth radiology for workers compensation. If your insurer does not pay, perth radiology don’t issue reminders to you so you can follow it up and get it paid before settlement. They just charge it straight to your Medicare account without your knowledge. At settlement time I am now left out of pocket $700 for these charges. Perth radiology don’t want to take any responsibility for this, disappointing. A reminder to me would have been all it took to sort this out.
After the message below I made contact with Perth rad as they requested. I received an email saying they would be in touch. This was
6 days ago and still no one has bothered to call to discuss this. Definitely not great customer service. I would not recommend.
