About Adelaide Women's Imaging
Adelaide Women's Imaging is Adelaide's only private obstetrician-led women's ultrasound clinic. Since 1996 the team at Adelaide Women's Imaging has provided clinically superior obstetric and gynaecological (O&G) imaging services. The clinic offers professional and caring nuchal translucency scanning and counselling, O&G interventional procedures and urgent opinions on complex ultrasound findings to the Adelaide community.
Led by Dr Jay McGavigan and Dr Peter Muller the practice is located in a suite adjacent to the Dr Jones & Partners Medical Imaging clinic in the Tennyson Centre. This complements the existing gynaecological MRI and ultrasound service at the Tennyson Centre offered by Dr Kirsten Gormly.

I cannot thank the amazing team at Adelaide Women's Imaging enough. After a failed GP attempt and 2 failed other OBGYN attempts, Dr McGavigan successfully removed my mirena! Dr McGavigan, Maureen (sonographer), and Felicity (nurse) were all extremely supportive and made me feel calm and safe throughout the entire procedure. I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking to have their mirena inserted or removed make an appointment with Adelaide Women's Imaging.
