Very professional radiographers. I came in for an ultrasound appt and was seen immediately at my scheduled appointment time. The radiologist who performed my ultrasound was incredibly professional, kind and thorough. I felt like I was definitely looked after at PRC. Thank you for excellent service
Time was changed 15 mins earlier without confirmation and cancelled as no show. Lady at the desk insisted it was our mistake. No apology provided and wanted to get us to come in another day. Only after insisting it wasn't our fault and making a fuss did she try to fit us in. Incredibly frustrating! Great service from the Sonographer.
